Axess WEBSTORE: The ONE digital solution for all tickets and services

From daily or seasonal tickets with optional parking to bookings of sport equipment, lockers, and ski lessons, while managing customer activity data and adapting pricing for an efficient and smooth guest experience – all offered by the Axess WEBSTORE. 

More than 300 ski resorts in over 20 countries are already welcoming guests, having all their passes and additional services conveniently prebooked and ready upon arrival, eliminating any need to queue at a POS! This is possible thanks to the Axess WEBSTORE, a complete online ticketing solution, providing the most efficient and satisfactory guest experience.

Flexible and convenient booking through only one platform

Users can choose from a wide range of products, services, and tariffs:

  • • Varied passes, such as daily, weekly, seasonal, and package options.
  • • Locker booking through the flexible and modular Axess RESORT LOCKER
  • • Equipment rentals thanks to Axess RESORT RENTAL, allowing also store employees to access all necessary customer data and view the rental store's inventory in real time.
  • Booking of ski lessons with Axess RESORT LESSONS, with convenient time management showing free time slots and the status of available ski instructors.
  • • Parking can also be optionally booked with the ski pass, ensuring a smoother experience.
  • • Gift cards sales & redemption.
  • Easy management of promotion codes and discount coupons.

Once the booking is finalized, visitors can print their ticket or save the digital voucher/QR code directly on their phone. Tickets can also be saved on Apple & Google Wallet as NFC tickets. Upon arrival at the ski resort, they simply collect their physical ticket at one of our self-service Axess PICK UP BOX 600 or Axess TICKET KIOSK 600 —no waiting time required.

For added convenience, registered customers can easily reload their WTP cards from home via the WEBSTORE thanks to the WTP number printed directly on the card. Any new passes and services are automatically linked to their card. At the gate, they just scan their card—no printing, no pickup necessary. WTP cards can be reused as often as needed for future visits.

Sales and revenue optimization

Ski resort operators can pre-estimate the number of guests in the resort based on the number of tickets sold in the WEBSTORE, benefiting from an overview of the ski resort activity and income in advance.

Furthermore, this system provides enhanced interaction with visitors. By tracking guest activity, such as querying time periods, purchasing behavior and specific personal data, the CRM module offers unique customer segmentation. Personalized offers can therefore be provided, and newsletters can be sent out, fostering marketing activities and increasing sales. Additionally, ski resort operators can optimize their revenue through Axess SMART PRICING, using dynamic pricing based on key factors such as historical data from previous seasons, vacation dates, and upcoming weather forecasts. This ensures that the desired revenue target is met at the end of the season while allowing operators to manually adjust prices in the event of unexpected developments or unfavorable weather conditions.

As the Axess WEBSTORE facilitates and speeds up ticket and service purchase, the workload at the point of sales and cash desks is significantly reduced, allowing employees to focus on more customer-related tasks.

New features powered by AI

Thanks to our new AI MEMBERSHIP MODULE, PAY PER USE tickets and SUBCRIPTIONS are now also available on the WEBSTORE. PPU tickets allow skiers to automatically pay only for their visits to the ski resort with flexible pricing models to fulfil every need, while SUBSCRIPTIONS allow guests to sign up for enjoying all the benefits from the resort in a timed manner (weekly, monthly, yearly…) and to able to activate or pause their subscriptions at any moment.
