The Axess RESORT F&B offers an integrated and personalized solution for order and inventory management in restaurants, kiosks, and shops, providing valuable insights into business development through report evaluations, order management, the creation of receipt areas, and warehouse evaluation. Thanks to individual article management, stocks can be easily added or deducted, making it easier to reorder or check the inventory.

The user-friendly and efficient Axess SMART POS interface can be individually configured to meet specific needs while offering fast card issuance and secure payment processing. The easy-to-read customer display provides visitors with a clear overview of fees and other details. Furthermore, Axess MOBILE POS and the Axess HANDHELDS create a perfectly coordinated and user-friendly mobile point of sale. Regardless of the location, payments are processed, and tickets, receipts, or short reports can be printed.

Furthermore, guests can place their food and drink orders directly at the RESORT F&B SELF SERVICE KIOSK using an intuitive touchscreen with appetizing visuals. They can pay by card at the terminal or in cash at the POS with the order confirmation. While guests find a seat, the kitchen prepares the order, and the queue monitor notifies them when the meal is ready for pickup – reducing staff’s workload, avoiding queues at the pickup counter and speeding up food production.

Uncovering ski ticket fraud thanks to automated photo comparison

Nowadays, one challenge for ski resorts is the illegal transfer of tickets, which is particularly widespread in some regions. With the introduction of our innovative Axess SMART GUARD software, ticket misuse can now be effectively detected. The AI-based software compares photos of skiers accessing the cable car and matches them to the corresponding ticket identification number (ID). If the photos differ significantly, this has a negative effect on the ID ranking and the ticket can be manually deactivated by the operator.

The system does not store any biometric data but analyzes optical features such as color, shape, and pattern, making it easier to comply with data protection regulations.

 

Fastest digital ticket access with your smartphone

To keep pace with digital transformation trends, we are constantly striving to improve our products and services. This is reflected in products such as our AX500 Smart Gate NG BLE. Equipped with the world's fastest digital ticket reading technology via Bluetooth, it offers visitors an effortless and fast access experience by using their ticket on the phone. Guests simply need to load the ticket into the user app (Axess SKI WALLET) and place their phone in their jacket pocket. As soon as they enter the reading area of the gate, the smartphone automatically connects, the ticket is verified, and the gate opens contact-free.
