Axess CLICS is a central browser-based configuration platform designed to fulfill your access management needs.

A freely configurable dashboard offers a summary of error and information messages in real time. This means that you are able to keep a constant eye on the status of all your hardware (POS and gates). An intuitive operating system allows you to configure and administer these elements yourself via a few simple stages.

Axess CLICS provides an extensive range of features that are perfectly suited to areas of deployment such as ski resorts, trade fairs and convention centers, stadiums and arenas and attractions.

Monitoring

 

System Monitoring

Online monitoring is used to comfortably monitor communication in your access control system. With authorized access data, the user logs into the system independently of location and can immediately check the current status of the connected front-end devices.

Various selectable surfaces provide a quick overview of the entire system. Further interfaces show the detailed status of the access and other important information about the status of the database and the installed system jobs. At a glance, intensive colour markers tell you whether the front-end devices are communicating correctly with the DATACENTER and warn you with clear signal colours when intervention is required.

Visitor Monitoring

Axess PROMPT EDITOR

Prompts serve for short queries, confirmations or for entering details. They can be used for the program Axess SMART POS and are always linked to a tariff. The appearance of the prompt is triggered by the execution of the normal POS functions during ticket purchase. The program will only continue, when an input takes place. The so collected information is stored in the DATACENTER and can be used, e.g. for marketing purposes. With the application Prompt Editor, you can create these so called Prompt Layouts in program CLICS by using defined elements or variables.
