for maximum convenience

From daily or seasonal tickets with optional parking, to equipment rental, lockers, and lessons, the Axess WEBSTORE offers guests a complete online solution to conveniently prebook their passes and additional services upon arrival, eliminating any need to queue at a POS.

On site, at the Axess TICKET FRAME 600, pre-booked tickets are activated, or – if a new ticket is needed - a QR-coded voucher is printed and then scanned at the Axess PICK UP BOX 600 to collect the valid ticket. 

Moreover, multifunctional and interactive self-service machine that allows tickets can be purchased quickly and conveniently around the clock at the multifunctional Axess TICKET KIOSK 600.

Axess SMART GUARD

Preventing ski ticket fraud 

This innovative AI-based software for ticket fraud prevention uses a learning algorithm to automatically compare and sort images of skiers captured at access points, matching them to the ticket ID every time skiers walk through the gate.

It then calculates a similarity score, flagging any suspicious activity where the appearance of the user changes significantly. A prioritized list of potential fraud cases is provided to the operator, who can quickly assess and, if necessary, deactivate the pass with just a few clicks.

Axess SMART GUARD performs its analysis without storing any biometric data. Instead, it evaluates visual patterns such as color, shape, and texture, enabling efficient fraud detection while respecting privacy and regulatory requirements.
