On September 19 and 20, the renowned Jardín de las Delicias festival celebrated its sixth edition in Madrid. This event offered fans of Spanish music of all ages a multisensory experience featuring live concerts, artistic installations, and carefully designed fantasy-themed decorations.

To ensure smooth and secure entry, Jardín de las Delicias required a capacity control system for multiple access zones, capable of sustainably recording entries and exits — and Axess Solutions were chosen to make it happen.

Through our rental program, we installed eight AX500 Smart Gate NG – Mobile Pallet and WIFI units equipped with the Axess TURNSTILE 600 Asymmetric, featuring a panic opening function to allow efficient and secure crowd flow. In addition to reading barcode tickets, their Axess SMART SCANNER 600 NFC can validate RFID/NFC tickets, making it the perfect solution since fans had to access the event using RFID wristbands with ISO14443A. Thanks to their mobile pallets, combined with their long-lasting battery packs and WIFI modules, these gates offered wireless online operation and complete flexibility in positioning.

These features allowed the gates to be deployed for the event and quickly removed afterward, maximizing space and emergency egress.
