Axess PAY MOBILE allows guests to pay the parking fee simply and securely with their mobile phone on the way back to the vehicle. No need to go to the payment machine and no waiting time anymore.

Two payment options are available:

• Guests simply scan the QR code on the short-term ticket and are automatically directed to the Axess PAY MOBILE website to pay the fee. No additional step or information is required.
• Guests can also scan the QR code on the information board at the parking lot and are directed to the Axess PAY MOBILE website. There, they need to either scan the QR code ticket or enter the ticket number or license plate number, if license plate recognition is available.

The calculated parking fee is displayed immediately and can be paid by credit card or other payment options. The guest can then proceed directly to the exit.
