Axess BADGE BOX 600

Efficient accreditation printing directly at the gate

The Axess BADGE BOX 600 is a smart module that can be implemented on the Axess SMART TERMINAL 600 to provide visitors with an accreditation printed directly at the venue’s access gate. This solution has now been fully redesigned for enhanced operational efficiency.

Attendees simply scan their printed or digital ticket at the Axess SUITE READER 600, and the Axess BADGE BOX 600 prints the accreditation in a matter of seconds. An animation on the scanner’s display guides the participant through the process, and the badge box’s LED-illuminated issue slot draws attention to the accreditation. Thanks to the ticket-taken sensor of the badge box, the gate will not open until the person takes the printed accreditation.

Versatile capacity and design

Its extra-large storage capacity prevents interruptions during peak periods, making it ideal for large-scale events. The badge box can accommodate a variety of accreditation formats, from single to butterfly accreditations, with a length defined by stop marks for the integrated cutter and a width ranging from 2” to 4”. This offers organizers full flexibility and a significant reduction in setup time. Furthermore, the accreditation design is flexible and can be created using Axess CLICS, a web-based configuration tool that allows you to define the printed variables, event images, and fonts.

Easy operation and maintenance

The badge box can be loaded from the front, and the paper refill slot is located on top to ensure that no other access lane is blocked during refill operations. A built-in near-end sensor alerts the operational team when the accreditation paper stock is running low and an out-of-paper sensor alerts when it is empty.
