The interface of the ticket shop assists visitors with clear, easy-to-follow steps on how to use the shop and purchase tickets. Trade visitors and members of the press can submit a legitimatation or accreditation requests to be approved by the event organizer over the administration interface in the administration backend, called VISITOR PLATFORM.
