Axess ACCREDITATION enables the operator to independently publish events and event series online in the accreditation portal. The portal is made accessible from the operator's website via a link for companies to independently create an account and submit accreditation applications for events. The operator and the companies requesting accreditation experience a digitized process that is kept transparent for all users at all times. Operators can confirm the accounts to companies that apply for an account via the portal or, if necessary, request further information and documents. Released companies have the opportunity for their employees to submit applications for accreditation for individual events or event series, for example a MLS season, in the portal. The operator has one or more decision makers who can view, process, confirm or reject applications depending on their area of responsibility.

Where in many stadiums people still work with pen and paper and it is not possible to check when someone was present and for how long, Axess has now developed a digital solution for this. External companies have to create an account in the portal to manage their employees and thus create different work orders. These must, in turn, be approved by the stadium responsible.
