Axess SMART RESERVATION is the innovative reservation system for many application areas, offering a back-office solution for the creation and management of inquiries and reservations. The web-based application requires no additional installation. The guest is guaranteed a fixed seat. In the gondola at a certain time, in the car of an excursion train or in the limited group of a guided tour. Requests from all distribution channels are automatically transferred to the SMART RESERVATION MANAGER software. There the reservation is created, edited or changed. Once the process is complete, the reservation confirmation is generated and sent from SMART RESERVATION. With SMART RESERVATION, all reservations and booked contingents are always clearly arranged at a glance. Reservations for larger groups become child's play with group reservations. B2B partners (e.g. tour operators) receive their own login and can process their reservations independently in RESERVATION MANAGER.
