Axess RESORT F&B is an integrated solution for order and inventory management in restaurants, kiosks and shops. It can be configured individually and is fully integrated into the Axess RESORT solution.
Stock levels can easily be added or debited, always offering an overview of your inventory. The program provides individual article management that corresponds to your existing inventory and makes it easier to reorder or check the inventory.
For table orders, service employees can easily track orders and make updates on the go with Axess HANDHELD mobile device.
With Axess RESORT F&B RESERVATION, guests can pre-book a table to ensure seating at their desired time. Food and drinks can be optionally ordered in advance and served at the table. This module at the F&B POS or in the back office allows for managing online reservations in real time, forecasting busy periods and overseeing customer flow.
Guests can pay at the Axess RESORT F&B POS, which is ideal for buffets and self-service areas. Using Axess RESORT CHARGE, customers can also pay with their ski pass by loading their account with monetary value. Then, credit is deducted, and discounts can be redeemed. Recharging is possible at an Axess SMART POS or online with the ticket’s WTP number.
Restaurant guests can place and pay for food and drink orders directly at the new Axess RESORT F&B SELF SERVICE KIOSK. The order is then ready for take-away collection or served to the table.
